I had a very good experience during the mortgage process with both Vivek (loan officer) and Kharla (loan processor). They made the refinance process very smooth, explained everything clearly, and kept me updated without me having to chase at any point. They also helped cover a lot of the closing costs as that is typically a big component that makes one decide to go for a refi or not. The loan also closed around the exact time frame that Vivek had mentioned after I submitted my app. Appreciate their professionalism and transparency that they brought into the loan process.
